The gold plating on each of the contact blades is inspected with the X-Ray machine beforehand, and its thickness can be customized from 3 microns to 50 microns. The staggered position of the wires (4 up 4 down) is a user-friendly and efficient design for quick assembly.

These modular plugs are manufactured from high-impact clear polycarbonate to withstand everyday wear and tear, and the contacts are 50 micron gold for optimum signal transmission. In addition, a two-piece design with a loading bar ensures easy and accurate assembly.

The modular plug is compatible with 3 load bars (AKA insert) in 3 different ODs of insulations: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.6 mm.
Each of the inserts is made for a wide range of wire insulation diameters. If you have trouble finding connectors for a large OD cable, this is the best solution that allows cables in various sizes to fit into the modular plugs.
