Dlink DES-F1010P-E is actually a 10-port PoE switch with 8 long reach 250m PoE ports and 2 uplink ports, produced by D-Link, a networking equipment manufacturer. As the name suggests, this switch is designed to provide power over Ethernet to connected devices, such as IP cameras or wireless access points, without the need for a separate power supply. The Dlink switch is also equipped with 8 PoE ports that support long reach technology, which allows for data transmission and power delivery over Ethernet cables up to 250 meters in length, without the need for additional repeaters or extenders. This feature makes the DES-F1010P-E ideal for use in large buildings or outdoor environments where long cable runs are required.
