NanoStation M5 makes a perfect CPE device when paired with the Ubiquiti Rocket M5 and AirMax Sector or a Dish Antenna. We also recommend upgrading your AirOS software to the latest version NanoStation M5 outdoor access point features an integrated 16dBi antenna duplexer for a 5GHz band.
This access point is particularly useful for Point-to-Point or Point-to-MultiPoint communication with a maximum achievable transfer rate of up to 150MB/sec. Nanostation M5 Access Point Compared to the previous model, the NanoStation M5 access point has a stronger processor, clocked at 400MHz, and more memory.
This makes it possible to connect more than 300 clients in this mode. Nanostation M5 Access point is ideal for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP). The NanoStation M5 has a very efficient transfer speed over longer distances. Configuration is via a secure web interface.
